Hi Ian
I Just want to write and formally let you know how delighted Jon & I were with our wedding cake.
I Had very specific ideas about what I wanted my wedding cake to look like and Ian managed to replicate exactly those dreams and aspirations. Our cake was stunning!
The colours and style were beautiful. I had sent Ian some pictures and spoken to him over the phone and he listened really carefully and this was shown in the finished cake.
I was so so happy when I saw the cake; It looked amazing! Jon and I actually didn't want to cut it on the wedding evening as it was too gorgeous, we finally gave in though, the cake tasted amazing as well. Everyone commented on how lovely it looked and tasted.
We cannot recommend Ian highly enough. His professionalism and cake making ability really are outstanding. Thank you Ian!

Fresh Fruit Decorated Wedding Cake
Hi Ian,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for our wedding cake last Saturday, 26th April. It was truly stunning and beyond our expectations - I think you excelled yourself and should give yourself a good pat on the back! Not only did it look amazing, but all three tiers were equally delicious too. A friend of mine who is a bit of a 'foodie' commented that it was amongst the best cake he'd ever tasted!
I'm only sorry that I wasn't there when you set the cake up at the venue to say thank you in person, but again you did a fantastic job working with the decorations and table display to present it perfectly. Just to let you know, the dusted icing sugar stayed in place all day, right up until we cut the cake in the early evening and the sponge hadn't dried out at all.
Once again, a huge thank you for helping to make our day so memorable and executing the brief so perfectly.
